5/2/25 update. Another excellent experience! Came for yearly maintenance on our main ac unit. Again fantastic customer service and very thorough on job. Excellent customer service. Provided a detailed estimate of all work to be done. Arrived on time and completed job quickly and efficiently. Used quality products. Came in on time and on budget. Highly recommend this company. I cannot stress how awesome this company is.

I really enjoy using this company for multiple reasons. They are small and personal. I feel like a VIP every time they come service. They have a subscription that includes 2 services a year and a discount on any extra work needed. They are on time and efficient. Logan even changed my air filters for me.

I have used MFM for AC repairs, Semi-annual service/inspections and vent cleaning. Their semi-annual service is very thorough and detailed with pictures of your unit. Supremely professional. Logan was unable to finish the inspection initially because of rain (he didn’t want to expose the circuitry of the outdoor unit to water… probably a good idea). So instead of trying to reschedule days and weeks later, he took it on himself to find time later in the same day to come back and finish the inspection when it wasn’t raining. The company’s maintenance subscription is killer… it’s a no brainier to sign up with them.
